About the PICON format
PICON — Personal Icon
PICON is a face image database format used to associate small portrait images with email addresses. The PICON (Personal Icons) project created a large database of 48×48 pixel XPM-format face images keyed to internet email domains, used by some email clients.

About the DST format
DST — Tajima Embroidery Format
DST is the most widely supported machine embroidery format, created by Tajima and readable by nearly every commercial embroidery machine. It stores stitch coordinates and machine commands but carries no colour information, which is why a DST file has to be paired with a colour sequence when it is stitched out.
