PAM — Portable Arbitrary Map

TXZ — XZ-compressed TAR Archive
TXZ (also .tar.xz) is a TAR archive compressed with the XZ algorithm, which is based on LZMA2. The trade-off is slower compression speed versus gzip or bzip2.
