About the HDR format
HDR — Radiance RGBE High Dynamic Range
HDR (Radiance .hdr) is a high dynamic range image format developed for the Radiance rendering system. It stores luminance information far beyond standard 8-bit images using a shared-exponent encoding, making it the standard for HDR environment maps in 3D rendering.

About the DST format
DST — Tajima Embroidery Format
DST is the most widely supported machine embroidery format, created by Tajima and readable by nearly every commercial embroidery machine. It stores stitch coordinates and machine commands but carries no colour information, which is why a DST file has to be paired with a colour sequence when it is stitched out.
