HTM — HyperText Markup Language (short extension)
HTM is an alternate file extension for HTML, used historically by older Windows systems (FAT/NTFS 8.3 filename limitation) and some web servers. The file format is identical to HTML in every way — it contains the same markup language used to build web pages.

DST — Tajima Embroidery Format
DST is the most widely supported machine embroidery format, created by Tajima and readable by nearly every commercial embroidery machine. It stores stitch coordinates and machine commands but carries no colour information, which is why a DST file has to be paired with a colour sequence when it is stitched out.
